Pros
Pleasant and quiet atmosphere in the office. Everyone eats lunch by themselves, unless they get together on a Friday and go out. Endless supply of fresh coffee. Their wellness group supply fruits and healthy snacks every other week. Each group prepares a lunch or BBQ once a year.
Kontras
Over managed. The firm is lacking in technology. Their server is the slowest I have ever experienced. Computers are old and not sufficient to stay competitive in the business.They are not in favor of training staff to improve technological skills. Communication about tasks to be done are poor.
