Chance to get to work with good engineers. Might get the opportunity to work on the latest technologies.

The day you send your resume is the day your bad times starts. 15 hours working is the norm here on weekdays. Weekends 6 hrs. No one will consider your personal life, just work work work work work always. So unless you're looking for a soul-sucking career guaranteed to make you become as incompetent as the management team, runnnnnn (or in this case swim - as fast as you possibly can)!

We are however very happy to say in Q3 and Q4 particularly this year we have sought to drive our focus on ensuring a healthy work/life balance for each employee. Pros

Not just about politics – it’s about bringing people together and trying to do things differently. Transparency about what’s happening and where things are headed. Clear initial training to help you get settled. Regular Zoom events and check-ins to keep everyone in the loop. Thoughtful, smart, and collaborative people. Overall, a great spot if you like taking initiative and being part of something bigger than yourself.

If you're fresh out of college, you can at least get your foot in the door here.

- Severely disorganized and chaotic organization. - C-Level executives are completely disconnected from what is actually happening. - Leadership constantly says one thing and does the opposite. - Compensation and benefits are awful, with constant lowball offers to strong candidates. - Turnover never stops. - I strongly warn anyone against considering a position here.
