•Work life balance is great •positive energy and people •WFH opportunities •sick time •flexible schedules

Kontras

•Contract work only, no direct hire unless you find a role specifically stating it’s not contract. •Sometimes you’re stuck finding the answer to something for yourself. •once you get ‘promoted’ to tier 2 there’s really nothing to move on to, team leads have been there for years so you’d probably never get that role •no PTO, you have to use your sick time if you want a day off. And have to strictly say you are sick in order to use it. •I would recommend staying here for a while and attempting to find different roles within the company, otherwise use the experience here and find someone who will be willing to put you into a different roles with more opportunities for growth
