"Positivity bombing" They will tell you to be yourself, but fellow neurospicy folks please remember that it's still a corporate environment. Rigid and strict structure. Lazy way to micromanage and monitor lower level employees from middle & upper management. All the cons that goes with being a lower level peon in a corporation.
