Pros
I chose this career 35 years ago, have worked for many companies throughout the U.S.. I knew going into it, that the summers would be brutal and the winters a time to catch my breath. But while many technicians are wondering how to pay the electric on the 20 hours they are down to, I have not found that to be true at CMS. The opportunities for advancement are available to those motivated to work hard and earn it. Most management has been in the field, that means technicians are being directed by experienced persons and not someone who was a salesperson last week.
