NextStep hired me fast and I was on-boarded within days. The NextStep recruiting team lead by Patrick, was always responsive and helpful. They conducted an initial interview with me and then I interviewed the same day. They were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and less nervous. They asked me great questions and I answered them to the best of my ability. Patrick was very responsive and supportive throughout the process. The HR team and lead Shearry was amazing, very supportive, and fast. Any time I had a question Shearry would get back to me quickly and with grace. I have nothing negative to say about the team's leadership as they are amazing in so many ways. I am truly grateful for the opportunities provided to me from NextStep Technologies.
