No leadership quality shown by the management. Lack of coordination between the management and planning has caused nextdrop to struggle. Some get paid a lot and some very little. Hikes are small and not with industry standards.

Free work environment, flexible timings, significant autonomy

Job insecurity, lack of funding, lack of long-term vision, near bankruptcy, frequent laying off of employees, lack of competent management, no financial planning, office space is terrible
