Senior management is extremely immature, unprofessional and unethical. There is an extremely high turnover rate and it is a revolving door of hiring and firing. People are usually fired in the middle of the day and given very little information as to why they were fired like "not a good fit for company." Little to no communication across departments or even within departments. One day you are being told you are doing a great job and the next day you are getting fired. There is also a lot of duplication in work due to the lack of communication. No HR department to protect employees. The "HR" people they have are simply recruiters and have no training in the field of human resources. Growing company yet they do not have any sort of plan to reach their goals. Overworked and underpaid.
