Bad working environment, not professional at all, no salary scale nor employee motivation, no overtime, management hierarchy is a mess, limited employee rights, weird working policy (ex: cannot smoke before 10 AM and cannot take a leave before and after public holidays ), you should sign agreement not to work in your specialty in any other company for 2 years after your resignation, the HR team focuses on employees' mistakes only and severe disciplinary actions taken against the employee, high salary gap between the management and non-managerial staff, no appreciation for loyal employees who had worked in the company for more than 5 years, no training nor assisting the employee who want to improve him/her self, the management is moody that is no plan no decision making

Mixed technologies, very fast growing company with lots of new technologies being deployed every day which makes it a great place to learn.

Not clear employee career path, although this is being worked on currently.
