      Pros

      Generous and flexible when it came to work schedule and time off. Interesting technical challenges.

      An engineer is suppose to solve problems; that was part of the job. But as each week passed, the pressure was to respond to ever more demands for reports which my superiors often acknowledged were of little value; but that did not stop the trend.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
