      You will learn a lot here, HR is HR everywhere, so hopefully you like Real Estate in general.

      Toxic culture and work environment. If you are not a "favorite" or if you are not friends with management, then you will not be treated fairly. If you are looking for long-term, this is not the place for you. The money is horrible as well and so are the benefits.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
