      Pros

      Good company to work for, as a first job out of college. The environment is friendly. Everyone was willing to help. Good work life balance.

      Kontras

      Underpaid for the support staff. The workload doesn't match the pay. There is not much growth potential for staff. Not a lot of training. Understaffed. Raises are minuscule.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
