      Beautiful Upscale Offices A lot of office parties

      Not much room for growth Do not listen to employee concerns The focus is solely on the brokers' needs Support staff gets the majority of workload and little appreciation in the form of compensation or just a simple thank you. Often insane deadlines because brokers will change their mind or not communicate

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
