      more or less laid back environment, real estate experience, decent vacation policy, OK salary for position

      disorganized management out for itself, no 401K match for such a large organization, no help upon lay-off, no vacation pay out if not used upon lay off per "company policy", no clarity and lack of communication from management, lack of appreciation for good work

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
