I loved working with all different employees and managers across NGKF's offices - but HR was not a healthy environment.
Kontras
NGKF does not care about what they pay their employees - the brokerage side is what makes the company money and is all that they care about. In the Human Sources department, if senior management doesn't personally like you then you have no opportunity for advancement. Favoritism is what drives HR and senior management will push you out until you are miserable.
