      Very little other than the client (Nokia - Sunnyvale) had many very nice people

      Dysfunctional, little communication, Corporate in Texas does not process invoices promptly which results in bills not being paid, rude and abusive management from corporate in Texas ( Sr Facilities Manager), and very little concern for West Coast FM team.

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
