      Pros

      Working 30some hours a week, they are extremely willing to work around my college scheduling, and are very understanding when I need time off for military reasons. They have always put my needs, concerns, and ideas into consideration, and always have an open door when there is a problem.

      Kontras

      Very few. The main con would probably be their willingness to give "second chances" to people who have been fired from other places for so many reasons. There is a constant cycle of employees who are either caught stealing, lying, skipping shifts, etc, but once there is finally a good group, they stick for a long time.

      Pros

      The cashier and production staff and great. We are all friends and that's what makes the job so great. Paid breaks, VERY flexible hours, and if they like you, you get a good amount of hours. Time and a half on holidays and Sundays.

      Kontras

      As I said, if they like you, you get a lot of hours. That being said, even if they do like you, you can go from 30 hours one week and then 10-15 hours the next. Very unstable. Most managers are great to work with but the upper management can be kinda awful as far as favoritism goes. Pay is very low also. They start adults at $7.75/hour and then move them up to $8.00/hour after 3 months. No room for advancement.
