Great people to work with, solid work/life balance, and a relaxed environment. I enjoy going to work every day, knowing people are very welcoming and easy to talk to.

Not a lot of accountability. There are a lot of good workers who get rewarded for working well, but the bad workers don’t really see any punishment for not doing their job.

Pay is really the only thing they have going for them. But even that is mediocre compared to other companies.

Used to be a nice local company, now they are turning into a big corporation. Record revenue and more federal and state grants than ever before but they continue to screw their employees over. They have stripped away countless benefits in just the last 2 years. Nothing this company does make sense. Management has no spine and other departments are a bunch of nazi desk jockies implementing useless policies.
