The co-workers bond together.. Kind of like in wartime trenches.

Favouritism is palpable
Management style is terrible, unprofessional and childish.
Job is terrible and career progression is limited. The ceiling is at team leader where you see personalities change as they get giddy and power hungry. They often stop working and tell others to work and take joy out of doing that.
