Boss is very Good, friendly environment, exposure to business ides is good. So for a person who is starting out it's okay to gain experience here.

when I was there Not enough compensation package, or increments. Small team, so learning is not very much, while I was working there the office location was in place where there was some time noise distractions from outside.
