Pros

comfy chairs, decent health benefits. Sometimes free snacks, but management gets annoyed if you refuse them.

Kontras

low pay, longer-than-average hours, almost no advancement opportunity. High turnover, most don't last 3 months. The CEO acts like a petty king: wastes your time with pointless meetings, lectures and/or heaping abuse. People who challenge him don't last long, being a yes-man will get you far at this company. Made unwelcome personal comments about the appearance of female employees and many male employees too. Greencard holders should AVOID! CEO loves to use greencard renewal as both carrot and stick. Company culture is farcical: management discourages any socialization, then acts surprised when morale for group activities is low.
