The company doesnt provide you the necessary tools to work. I had to buy my own headphone and all the rest. The contract took 3 months to arrive, 3 months! The meetings with all the team are to show mistakes, the CEO has no leadership, it's a complete boss not a leader. Didn't want to listen what people were telling him and didn't accept different ideas. So you won't have automacy, you will be micromanage and told you are doing something wrong. I have worked in several companies before and never like this. It was a surprise. Only the friends will get promote and keep at the company. It's almost a group of friends not accepting to get professional.
