What more can one ask for? - Management genuinely care about their staff, be it in terms of improving skillset, and personal development. - Most (if not all) co-workers are easily approachable and keen to share. - Good remuneration package with great benefits. - Listens and takes employees' feedbacks seriously. tl;dr: Loved working here.

There can be stressful times of the year - typically due to nature of what we do based on customer's FY. Good thing that fellow co-workers are closely-knitted and always supportive. Fast-paced startup culture - not exactly a bad thing since you get exposed to many different domains, wearing multiple hats but hey, you learn a ton of things in minimal time.
