They offered a Lot of overtime and good employee incentives ( potlucks, celebrations, outdoor meetings etc)

Disclaimer: (Writting this cause the site requires contributions :)…..Netrix Global currently owns a MSP locatio that was previously “Contegix LLC” in Wyomissing, PA. This is the place I am reviewing NOT the entire Netrix Global or Contegix LLC Organization For starters they Overwork their employees since the helpdesk runs 24/7 and took on too much customers to handle so everyone is constantly overwork and managers are always offering overtime. It was a bit under pay and the worst part of all. Horrible management They’ve all known and protect each since the original company DSS and some from previous call centers. They are rude to employees in the l1 support, overwork them and have this “fear to lose your job” culture and atmosphere with constant write ups to justify sub par pay and yearly raise.

opportunities to learn about multiple types of clients and systems, and multiple opportunities for advancement

little to no training for certain people when transitioning to different roles (but full assisted training for others) - upper leadership runs as a "boys club" and dismisses concerns about employees/processes - service desk holds on to employees even when clients repeatedly complain about them and even after re-training they don't perform to expectation - constantly asked to work over time to make up for being understaffed
