Pros

The colleagues are friendly. Senior is willing to guide and communicate. The team is very cooperative.

Kontras

There are only a few people in the company and most of them don't work for long. The boss will monitor your work and the office environment very harshly. He will ask his employees to clean themselves if there are a few hairs in the toilet. Meetings take a long time every week and affect the work schedule. If you finish your work but it is not yet time to leave, the boss will add meaningless work to you. Team building is obviously a company event but is scheduled on the weekend and consist mainly of meetings being scolded by the boss. Working here can be very stressful mentally and overtime bosses don't appreciate your efforts. It's bad luck for whoever comes in.

The Account Manager was nice, so do the colleagues, yeah I said was cause he already left

- Micromanagement at it's finest - Total disrespect from bosses - Lousy working environment - A list of cons that I don't want to talk about it cause it'll be like a book of dictionary

Managers and colleagues frequently engage in disrespectful behavior such as talking down to employees, ignoring their opinions, and undermining their contributions. This creates an atmosphere of hostility and demoralization. 2. Micromanagement: Managers constantly hovered over every task, leaving no room for autonomy or creativity. This micromanagement created an atmosphere of distrust and stifled innovation. 3. Unreasonable Expectations: The expectations and deadlines set by management were completely unrealistic and showed a lack of understanding of the actual workload and capabilities of the team. This led to constant stress and burnout.
