They heavily favor personal connections (nepotism), are short-tempered, and rarely listen to reason. - Excessive restructuring: The company restructures far too frequently. I understand it might be to prevent corruption, but it happens so often that it severely disrupts the workflow and stalls progress. - Zero Work-Life Balance: Frequent overtime is expected, but no OT pay is provided. - Lack of autonomy: Problem-solving is extremely slow because everything must be reported to the HQ. The local branch has no authority to take immediate action on its own. - Poor Management: Both business and crisis management are quite bad.
