Pros

Good for freshers to start career, but be careful. One can learn new technology stack, but without any guidance or help. Work for home with untimely work schedule.

Pathetic management and worse hr policy which are completely against employees. Management doesn't care for employees. Employee welfare is an alien term. Managers are not clear with the requirements what the needs. Offer letter holds every contradictions with hr policies so don't believe offer letter. Like employee working hours, leave, suggestions, performance appraisal and even the separation policy are completely different. HR policy can change without prior notice and employee approval. They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
