Avoid This Workplace at All Costs. I worked for NV in Marketing and Commercial, and it was easily the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. The turnover in the team was staggering, with nearly every staff member leaving within a year of starting. The cause of this upheaval? Poor leadership at the departmental level. Management consistently bullies staff, lies to both employees and external stakeholders, micromanages every aspect of the team’s workflow, and undermines their own team members. The constant belittling and lack of trust creates an environment where burnout is inevitable. Talented and hardworking employees walk away from what could have been a great career opportunity, often citing their mental health and well-being as reasons for leaving. The cycle of high turnover has become the department’s hallmark, with everyone from entry-level employees to senior staff ultimately deciding that no job is worth the toxicity. What’s worse is that upper management and HR appear unwilling or unable to address these issues, despite the countless complaints from both current and former employees. If you’re considering a position in this department, think twice. No paycheck is worth the stress, lack of support, and emotional toll that come with working in such a toxic environment. Many others who have worked here and left will say the same. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.
