No one ever said ERP sales was easy but with teams focused on getting the deals successfully closed and successfully delivered, you can over achieve and have a lot of fun on the way. There's a great spirit and drive in NetSuite. Promotional opportunities are very apparent if you want to grow in the company and advance your career. The company is highly supportive of internal career support and has defined advancement programs in place.

A lot of change to navigate and deal with as the company rapidly evolves. Can be tough to keep up but definitely worth sticking with it. Can also be difficult to maintain the pace if you're not used to it.
