1) Unlimited holidays - Ha ha ha, what a strategy to stop people taking their well-deserved holidays. Unlimited is a joke! 2) Politics - Lot of talented people not respected/ given their due/promoted/appreciated due to internal politics. 3) Technology - Still working in lot of legacy application and technology, does not want to grow or invest in newest technology. 4) Dear Friends/Relatives joining (not a bad thing if they are talented), without having right kind of skills. 5) No more a great company who cared about its employees. Everything changed.
