Pros
Everything is driven around results and being the best at what you do. Doing things halfway are not valued and communicating and managing expectations are. Continuing to find better ways of doing things is constantly spoken of. The owners understanding of others, putting himself in their position and understanding our clients and how to help their business is awesome. I know the end results have the best interest of all involved and are better thought out than at any place I have ever been. Training is excellent.

Expectations are too high and often the drive to be the best takes precedence over the reality of the sacrifice to the employees. Clients often find if they leave, they come back because they grew to expect too much as well.
