There is no stability or room for growth. This most recent layoff is an indicator of how management is changing the culture of the company: secretive, sneaky and unhumane. It's no longer the NetApp that it used to be even 2 years ago. I hope it will go back to its glory, but my hopes are getting squashed a little more each day.
