Interns are treated as free overtime labor. Micromanagement extends to interns — constant check-ins, criticism with no guidance. Washroom conditions are appalling for a so-called tech company. Break-time rules enforced harshly. Zero mentorship. Zero learning. Just grunt work and surveillance. Most interns from my batch left with negative impressions. Avoid this company even as a stepping stone.
