-As cutting edge RND, some of the technical personnel ain't really that technical. Comparing previous work place experience and interactions. Some RND are not going in any direction as team lack technical knowledge and expertise. - Company renewables are not profitable which led to many restructuring and retrenchment and hence to my own departure to venture else where.
