Pay is terrible, and the company continues to avoid addressing this issue, instead using dishonest tactics in a failing attempt to maintain employees. Turnover is so high on entry level positions that it puts a huge burden on employees that have been there for even a couple years. HR has been talking for years about a new salary structure coming "any day now", but have made zero progress and turnover is only getting worse.
