Pros
Making great acquisitions in food safety industry. Great people but hire young with no experience and do not mentor them properly. Need to develop people but pay is poor so get people who are still figuring out what they want to be when they grow up. They end up leaving or company fails sales goals because they don't know how to develop people.

Slow to keep up with all their markets. Want direct vs distribution??? Why..who does this today in biz world when you are a manufacturer? Foreign mkts yes but U.S. no??? Why?
