Remote work opportunities, ability to create and self manage projects, co-workers are great.
Kontras
Pay is terrible, middle and upper management are completely inept, the company refuses to hire talent. Arbitrary deadlines for things that shouldn't be rushed, complete lack of interdepartmental communication, and a lack of emphasis on career growth if you don't push for it HARD.
