Colleagues were great - many worked there 20-odd years!
Kontras
Management was horrible - very cut throat and many were incompetent. Retail is "dead" and efforts to go Digital are too little, too late. Capital is severely constrained resulting in choosing cheaper, less effective solutions and ultimately fostering a "band-aid" mentality.
