Pros

Everyone gives you hope that there are chances for moving up. Store is beautiful, and discount is great. They are the leaders in fashion.

Kontras

The chances for moving up are actually very small. Managers make you feel terrible about yourself if they are not making numbers, and just push for more when they are making numbers.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.

A toxic environment where sales are almost zero because vendors are pulling their product off the shelf because their bills aren’t getting paid. They’re in the middle of coming out of a bankruptcy , if a client does come in, we usually don’t have the product to sell them ,only lines who are partially thriving is fragrance ! The hours are terrible. You get off work at nine and you’re expected to be back at 9:30 AM.
