Extreme turnover every month(Manager turnover too), lack of communication within corporate structure, does not want hard working individuals. Promotions are an increase of $1.60 per hour for identical role every other year. If you want to develop and advance you will find yourself stagnant and stuck within 6 months. NM looks for individuals who only want to do the bare minimum. Employees cut corners which in turn produces more issues going forward.

* If you have an amazing team and management the day goes by fast. * Commission. * Easy to rely on foot traffic to meet goals. * If you ask for growth, they set thing ups that align with what you want, you just need to ask.

* If its slow, its SLOW. * There can be drama, it just depends on the department you're in.
