Have great opportunity to talk to customer and to develop great communication skills. Developed great management skills and to supervise other people; learn leadership skills and problem solving skills.

Long hours during holiday season, and stressfull politics. Some of the employees forget that they work there and not shop there. Very territorial workplace, aadage is to know where you stand and not to step on anyones toe's while trying to move on up. Although there are great opportunity to talk to people, there are many problem solving skills that are needed to deal with unusual problems.
