Learning in initial months only

1. No work life balance 2. Delayed salary every month, basically they don't try to pay the employees on time and keep on delaying it till mid of the month 3. Long working hours 4. Toxic culture 5. They don't give time to adjust and learn & will expect you to start working on you own on the very first day
