Managers tell you off for things they do all the time. If you talk to a colleague on the shop floor, they watch you on the cameras then shout at you for it. Then you always see them chatting to each other on the shop floor and it creates a very hostile "us vs them" working environment. You get treated like a child, so I think it might be ok for people just out of school as a first job if you're not sure what to expect from an employer but being 26 and spoken to like I was 6 on a daily basis was very wearing.
