Some genuine coworkers that make this place a bit less miserable.

No interesting projects. The pipeline is consistent of just one major client, and they try to allocate people there. There’s a false sense of collaboration and support. The bad apples that came from major consulting firms have found their way into the leadership. I’ve seen some backstabbing happening, and a false sense of niceness amongst teams. No diversity - they want to promote it, and have hired a handful of people with different backgrounds, however majority of folks here are cisgender white males/females. The little diversity we have, have been let go. HR is conniving and disenfranchises employees.
