Pros

Really kind and smart colleagues, occasional free food and travel, good travel booking app.

Kontras

So many to list, but more than anything, it really isn't worth the stress. Quotas and comp plans change all the time, super young and inexperienced managers who often get promoted simply because they are the best brown-nosers. Most companies won't allow someone in their 20's become a Director, or someone in their early 30's become a VP, but this place is filled with them. As for the product, the travel booking app is still pretty good but does have plenty of bugs, and the expense tool is mediocre at best. CEO needs to stop acting like he built the great pyramids by himself when there have literally been numerous alternatives to Navan that existed for years before they came along. His personality really, really rubs people the wrong way too. He's singularly focused on going IPO and will most likely have to accept yet another round of funding before that happens though because they spend and waste money like no company I've ever seen. Unless you're truly desperate and can't find another job, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Pros

Competitive compensation and strong benefits package. The coworkers and frontline teams are one of the company’s greatest strengths many are incredibly hardworking, supportive, and committed to helping both customers and teammates succeed.

Kontras

Significant operational gaps continue to impact efficiency and employee experience. Reporting systems and workforce planning frequently feel disconnected from the realities of day-to-day operations. Employees and leaders are often expected to be accountable for metrics without reliable reporting or clear guidance on how those metrics are measured. Workload distribution can feel inconsistent, creating an environment where some teams and managers become overextended while others are underutilized. This contributes to burnout, frustration, and a lack of confidence in operational decision-making.
