      Great way to balance work and play life and still make a decent amount. Massive organization, easy to make friends.

      The job tries to mold you into a cookie cutter facade but its up to you to make the effort to get out and do something different. the work is not challenging and you have to prove yourself to get work that is meaningful.

      Decent pay and benefits for the area, unique work that you can't do many other places, good opportunities for travel and promotion

      Commute and parking turns 8 hour shifts into 10 hour shifts, mandatory overtime and travel for periods of several months, frequent shutdowns, very poor morale, terrible first level supervision, mediocre middle management
