Amazing people; from operators to engineers-the entire staff is very concerned about water and water security. If you are environmentally minded -this is the the company for you. Various opportunities to grow as the company fully supports continued education and reimburses for same. Company also provides trucks/ automobiles for all field staff, operators, maintenance techs etc. which definitely helps. Lunch and learns and monthly company events provide positive environment. Caring group of people determined to change the world!

None other than I came from a very large firm and was used to being spoiled having the glamour of various higher end perks. NSU is medium sized firm so less of those... they do have social events, fun staff, employee lounge with games and corn-hole too and offer an excellent benefits package-company pays large portion. Left because of relocation only.
