No future. No work-life balance. Unrealistic goals. Terrible employee morale. Laid off nearly half the company within a year and a half. Now, 4-5 people quit every month. Many people quit just to quit (no other project or start-up lined up) because they are so burned out. Vision is to work with game app developers, but no idea how to build relationships with them and majority of apps company supports are not game related.
