      It is consistent employment with on the job training you will gain experience in the optical an retail side of Eyeglasses , It is an opportunity to work with as well as meeting some incredible people .

      Company seems to only be driven by what goals are achieved efforts aren't recognized , Not much support from upper management for all stores, As many jobs performed daily and the area we live in the pay is low.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
