No respect or Loyalty - Optometrist bei National Vision: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I Worked there for many years and always showed up, only called in sick 2x in 6 years, was loyal and reliable and then one day I got a phone call that I was replaced. No warning, no negotiating, no respect to the years of service I had given them, nothing. They just cut your throat when they are done with you and that's it, no reason or anything given. I feel they should have more respect for their team members who help to build and establish their business, but they don't.
